I was thinking...
In my last post I talked about how much I love the space that we are in now and I thought...what am I willing to compromise? Am I willing to give up great space for a piece of yard? I could still grow some tomatoes, put out some flower boxes or what ever else appeals to me. I am also thinking ahead for investment potential. If there comes a time where we want more space or we move out of Michigan, we can rent it no problem! So today I am leaning toward staying in the condo, great price for the space!!

Don't buy the condo!
Condos do not have good resale values. Plus Jack would love a yard.
I'm re-thinking my move to DC now. Gabbie needs her own little patch of grass.
I just love the space for sure, but I will get a realtor and have them show us some other places before I take the plunge!! And that is true, Jack will like a little piece of turf to run!! LOL
How about moving out of MI to the Twin Cities where you can get a good paying job just like that??!!Don't buy a condo especially in Mt.Pleasant- how much were they selling it for?
As much as I would love to get out of MI, I have a job, I love the people I work with plus I really love what I do. Right now I don't want to risk leaving a job that I enjoy to move. It scares me to see all the people who are laid off etc...I don't want to be one more.
